CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a CySEC regulated investment firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for responding to client enquiries in a highly professional and prompt manner via Phone, Email and/or Live Chat. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Spanish & English and any previous experience working in a customer service related role will be considered a significant advantage, but not essential. Working hours from 4:00pm to 12:00am Monday to Friday apply for this position to cover the Latin American market.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email and/or live chat.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features of the platform.
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
  • Processing and directing issues and problems to the relevant department.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both oral and written is a must.
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar will be considered an advantage.
  • Any prior experience working in the Forex industry is desirable, but not essential.
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools is desirable.
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Multi-tasking abilities.
  • Patience when handling challenging situations.
