This role is based out of Lxm Media offices in Larnaca, Cyprus.

About us

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Digital Media Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team.

In this role you will be responsible for selling our digital media solutions to existing accounts, investigating new digital sales opportunities, and establishing new client relationships on behalf of some of Europe’s leading airline brands.

With a variety of available digital media solutions to offer, you will have the tools to create effective multi-touchpoint advertising campaigns to traveling consumer audience in Europe and beyond.

You will support our clients through the entire digital customer journey with their advertising, starting with pre-flight media (e.g. flight booking confirmation emails, boarding passes) to inflight media (Inflight Entertainment System - IFE) and post-flight communication. As an essential member of our dynamic global sales team, we are committed to equipping you with ongoing training to ensure your growth and advancement!

Ideal candidate

  • Fluent in English and a native language speaker in: Italian, Romanian, German, Polish, Portuguese, or Arabic.
  • ​Highly motivated team player with 2+ years’ experience as a Sales Manager with proven track record of high volume B2B digital sales.
  • Intimate knowledge of the consumer market and digital advertising landscapes.
  • Excels in prospecting, negotiation and closing.
  • Enjoys being coached and thrives on high performance development.
  • Creative storyteller with strong communication skills and tons of self-confidence & charisma.
  • Deep understanding of digital media, including display advertising, social media, content marketing, and mobile advertising.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve queries efficiently, effectively, and courteously.
  • Has Solid grasp of arithmetic and geography with interest in advertising and travel.

Profile

As our Digital Sales Manager you will:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including media agencies, advertisers, and third-party vendors.
  • Research and qualify potential business leads in the market.
  • Prospect & investigate new sales opportunities, negotiate and onboard new advertising partners.
  • Connect with key decision makers through a large volume of outbound calls, video calls and emails.
  • Align media proposals with prospects market strategy.
  • Build your own sales pipeline and prospect new media partners.
  • Service existing accounts and manage key accounts.
  • Report to line manager.
  • Meet & exceed targets and KPIs.
