Kaleide Group, a leading company in the Construction Sector, Real Estate Development & Properties, is currently looking to hire a Project Architect to join our technical team in Limassol.

All candidates should be holders of a bachelor degree in Architecture, be registered with the Technical Chamber of Cyprus (ETEK) and have at least 5 years of experience (Residential, Commercial & Mixed-Use Development).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Sr. Architect

• Preparation of architectural drawings up to a high degree of detailing for all types of permits and applications

• Coordination between the Sr. Architect, the external Architectural Consultants/ Associates, Structural, Mechanical & Electrical Engineer

• Communication with authorities concerning the permit application

• Production of detailed High-Definition 3D renderings

• Any other duties and tasks as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications

• Member of ETEK and/or any equivalent Technical Chamber within EU

• 5 years or more of experience in the subject industry sector (Residential, Commercial & Mixed-Use Development).

• Full knowledge of Cyprus planning and building permits processing & ability to produce all required drawings for permit application submissions

• Proven Advanced knowledge of the following softwares:

  • Revit (preferred)

  • AutoCAD

  • Lumion

  • Rhino

  • Photoshop & InDesign

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, MS Project)

• Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure

• Fluent in Greek and English
