CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a newly established Digital Platform that empowers individuals to explore, create, and collect digital assets, we are seeking to recruit a Digital Platform Operator to join their growing team based in Cyprus. The successful applicant will play a key role for the business, including liaising with diverse teams, including marketing, customer support, product, billing, and fraud, to enhance platform operations. Our client is seeking applicants with prior experience managing online marketplaces, digital platforms, or similar and familiarity with content moderation, promotions, and payment processing will be considered an advantage. With operations in Limassol, our client is able and willing to offer fully remote working conditions for this position.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with diverse teams, including marketing, customer support, product, billing, and fraud, to enhance platform operations.
  • Oversee user-generated content, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and policies.
  • Design and implement promotional activities to enhance user engagement and stimulate platform growth.
  • Maintain high user satisfaction levels by ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of billing processes and work with the fraud prevention team to implement measures that protect the platform and its users from fraudulent activities.
  • Regularly update product documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and accessibility for all stakeholders.
  • Manage operations on integrated third-party platforms to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in managing online marketplaces, digital platforms, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with content moderation, promotions, and payment processing is a plus.
  • Candidates should be highly technical, as they will be required to set up and manage various third-party integrations.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills are essential, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Candidates should possess a keen eye for detail, which is vital for ensuring compliance with guidelines and policies and meticulous handling of platform operations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are key for fostering collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactivity and resourcefulness are valued, as is the ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
