On behalf of our client, a payment gateway and PSP provider, we are looking to hire a Business Care Executive to join Paphos team.

To provide effective and efficient customer and tech support where necessary to the company’s global client list

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customer inquiries in a timely and polite manner to the highest standard via various business channels: such as email, telegram, live chat etc.

  • Ensure more complex customer issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner.

  • Work closely with other departments and work closely with them to ensure any complex customer queries are resolved.

  • Maintaining and developing the company’s database of customers by delivering the best customer service.

  • To inform and assist clients in relation to the use of current and future company products.

  • To collect customer feedback and follow ups.

  • Any ad-hoc duties as required by the business.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within tech support or a help desk environment is a must.

  • Customer orientated person.

  • Excellent communication skills in English including written and verbal.

  • Computer literacy with a good working knowledge of computers in general.

  • Ability to handle customers in a calm and professional manner, even with difficult customers.

  • Ability to multi-task.

  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and late nights.
