KALEIDE GROUP, a leading company in the Construction Sector, Real Estate Development & Properties, is seeking for a Project/Construction Manager, to join our team in Limassol. As we continue to grow, we are looking an experienced person to involved our dedicated team.

All candidates should be holders of a bachelor degree in Civil Engineer, be registered in Technical Chamber of Cyprus (ETEK) and have at least 10 years of experience (Residential, Commercial & Mixed Use Development).

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Reporting to the CDOand/or Head of Construction
• Supervise and inspect construction works to ensure full compliance with the approved design, detailed construction drawings and applicable technical codes and specifications
• Produce & implement program planning and scheduling of all construction activities
• Maintaining the required technical files and documents
• Compliance with guidelines and regulations which derive from permits, public authorities & safety plans
• Arranging & attending site meetings (minutes to be taken and send to all members afterwards)
• Responsible for all technical administration concerning the development and construction activities
• Continuous communication and coordination with all inhouse teams involved and external consultants for correct implementation of respective studies in the project(s) under his/her responsibility
• Ensuring thorough daily inspections that all works are executed according to designs, construction program and time schedule and planned activities
• Checking of drawings and BOQ tables for accuracy over the calculations
• Maintaining full application of the Health & Safety Plan and implementation of all required preventing measures
• Placement of required orders for materials, tools & equipment in coordination with the Procurement/ Purchasing Department
• Evaluation of offers / quotations from contractors, subcontractors & suppliers according to the input provided by the Purchasing Department
• Any other duties as assigned

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer
• Master degree in Civil Engineer will be considered as an advantage
• Member of ETEK and/or any equivalent Technical Chamber within EU
• Proven prior experience in construction of Residential, Commercial & Mix Use Development
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure
• Team Player
• Strong experience of Ms Project and/or any other specialized PM software packages
• Use of AutoCad – Revit (preferable)
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Fluent in Greek and English (both spoken and written), knowledge of Chinese language will be considered as an advantage
