Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director of the Company. Main responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Conduct insightful, ad-hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues, identifying proactively areas of improvement, opportunities, and solutions for the Group.
• Create comprehensive reports and presentations as requested, by analysing current and future business processes.
• Utilize data-driven insights to provide recommendations for process optimization.
• Assist in the implementation of new systems, tools, and strategies.
• Accountable to gather project requirements and define objectives, monitor projects’ progress by identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Suggest changes using analytics to support recommendations, and actively participate in the implementation of approved changes.
• Conduct, analyse and interpret pricing contracts.
• Assist in the roll-out of marketing campaign projects.
  

Skills /Qualifications /Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in the maritime industry, in a similar role, will be considered as a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Commercial acumen.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  

Location:

The position is for the Client's offices in Limassol.
