Position: Chef

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of American diner-style dishes in accordance with the menu and customer preferences.
- Ensure the quality and presentation of food meets the restaurant's standards.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and update menus, taking into consideration customer feedback and market trends.
- Order and maintain inventory of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
- Adhere to sanitation and food safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef, preferably in American diner-style cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not required.
