CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a Real Estate Development & Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative digital strategies to enhance the online presence, generate leads, and drive business growth. You will ideally hold an academic background relating to Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a similar field and possess proven experience in the Digital Marketing field, ideally within Real Estate industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Greek are essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive targeted traffic to our website and other digital platforms.
  • Plan, create, and optimize digital campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, and display advertising, with a specific focus on lead generation.
  • Implement lead generation tactics such as lead magnets, landing pages, and lead capture forms to attract and capture qualified leads.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM systems to effectively nurture and track leads throughout the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop lead scoring and qualification criteria for effective lead management and conversion.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of lead generation campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize results and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Continuously explore and implement new lead generation strategies and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends and maximize lead generation potential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and videos, that effectively generate leads.
  • Manage and oversee the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and engagement with the target audience to drive lead generation efforts.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEM, SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools and platforms to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and marketing automation platforms.
