CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a Real Estate Development & Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their growing team. The successful applicant will have a pivotal role in propelling the company's brand ahead in Cyprus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the Real Estate industry and possess strong networking and relationship building skills. Excellent communication skills in English are essential; knowledge of Hebrew or Russian will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Organise and attend viewings through estate agents and other networks for the sale of the Company’s real estate properties.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that terms and contracts align with company objectives.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales or a related role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are essential; knowledge of Hebrew or Russian will be considered a significant advantage.
