Pool Attendant/Services

We are seeking a reliable pool attendant for our pool/beach services. In this role, you will be required to welcome and attend to our guests, enforce safety rules and manage pool/beach equipment and facilities.

To be a successful pool attendant, you will need to have excellent customer service skills and be highly organized. A skilled pool attendant should be friendly and be able to assist swimmers when necessary.

Pool Attendant Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the swimming pool, furniture, and facilities are clean and safe.
• Welcoming guests and ensuring their comfort by helping them reserve their sunbeds.
• Providing guests with refreshments and attending to requests.
• Enforcing safety protocols as set out by the hotel.
• Reporting any damages or incidences to the supervisor.
• Performing daily inspections.

Pool Attendant Requirements:

• Good verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Consistent professional appearance and pleasant demeanor.
