We are now recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Project Coordinator
The Project Administrator undertakes a range of project activities to support the planning and delivery of projects, in line with established project plans and business objectives. This person will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO) team responsible for the administration and coordination of projects and resources, including project plans, procedures, planning, and monitoring activities.
• Plan the project
- Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
- Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project.
• Implement the project
- Execute the project according to the project plan.
- Develop forms and records to document project activities.
- Implement project management tools and procedures, follow standards, and use relevant documentation.
• Monitor and control the project
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project cost using appropriate techniques.
Education and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience in information technology will considered an advantage.
- Proven knowledge of Project Management Methodologies (i.e. Agile, Waterfall).
- Understanding of a complete project lifecycle within enterprise software.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; Visio, and Microsoft Project (both on-premise and cloud environments).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Computer Science/Management or other related field will be considered an advantage.
- Fluency in Greek and English - both written and verbal.

- Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in teams with good interpersonal skills
