CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of Corporate & Fiduciary Services, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will need to possess in-depth knowledge relating to the key procedures at the Cyprus Registrar of Companies, including drafting, reviewing and preparing all relevant forms and documentation, as well as implementing changes in company structures, such as changes of Company Directors, Secretaries, and Shareholders. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Greek & English and have gained relevant experience working for either a Law Firm or Corporate Service provider. Outstanding organisational skills are essential, with excellent attention to detail.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies for the online preparation and submission of various forms and agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Registration of companies for TIC & VAT.
  • Creation of client accounts in the Ariadni platform.
  • Creation of new client profiles in the inhouse system/software for new companies/trusts.
  • Updating of existing profiles in the event of changes.
  • Creation of new physical files.
  • Maintaining of physical files organised and up-to-date.
  • Mirroring of documents between physical files and systems.
  • Provision of administrative assistance during the communication between Auditors and inhouse Client Accounts department.
  • Provision of support during the opening of bank accounts
  • Working as part of a small team to achieve the departmental standards and targets.
  • Taking responsibility for own personal development, in line with agreed annual performance appraisal objectives.
  • Other duties as may be required from time to time in accordance with the demands of the role and development of the services provided.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • An academic background relating to Business Administration, Law or another relevant field will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
  • Proven experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Good understanding of Compliance and KYC requirements.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Greek & English is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Accurate with good attention to detail.
  • Flexible and able to adapt easily.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent time management skills.
