CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly regarded provider of IT Services & Solutions to a wide range of clients, we are seeking to recruit Junior Systems Engineer to join their growing team based in Nicosia. This represents a fantastic opportunity for an entry-level Information Technology enthusiast to join a fast-paced company and receive all the training and support required to become a knowledgeable and capable Systems Engineer. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field who are keen to forge a successful and rewarding career within the Information Technology field. Fluency in both verbal and written Greek & English is essential for this role.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide clients of the company with remote and onsite support relating to IT Hardware & Software.
• Assist with server deployments on both Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Help to implement and configure Active Directory on behalf of clients.
• Assist with the installation and ongoing maintenance of antivirus solutions.
• Be involved in the deployment of virtualization solutions.
• Provision of network and storage solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls etc…

Key Skills/Experience:

• Ideally educated to degree level in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• No previous experience is required, and full training will be provided.
• A passion for technology and willingness to learn and develop.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek & English.
• Be a team player and integrate easily with the rest of the team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Driver’s licence.
