Job Description

We are looking for a positive, fun, and dynamic Russian speaker to join our team as a Sales Department Coordinator. If you're passionate about real estate and love working with people, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Coordination of incoming communications from clients and suppliers
  • Administration and monitoring of the company CRM system
  • Report directly to the Head of Sales
  • Support sales team members
  • Upload of properties onto various platforms
  • Production of visual materials of properties
  • Staging properties when required
  • Meet with clients and/or suppliers as required

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Fluent in Russian and English B1/B2
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Confident Microsoft Office user
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
  • Work permit or eligibility to work in Cyprus
  • Driver's license
