Job Description
We are looking for a positive, fun, and dynamic Russian speaker to join our team as a Sales Department Coordinator. If you're passionate about real estate and love working with people, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Coordination of incoming communications from clients and suppliers
- Administration and monitoring of the company CRM system
- Report directly to the Head of Sales
- Support sales team members
- Upload of properties onto various platforms
- Production of visual materials of properties
- Staging properties when required
- Meet with clients and/or suppliers as required
Required Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Fluent in Russian and English B1/B2
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Confident Microsoft Office user
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Work permit or eligibility to work in Cyprus
- Driver's license
