The Warehouse & Supply Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations and supply chain management. This role involves managing inventory, coordinating shipments, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring efficient and organized storage of goods.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Inventory Management:**

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary to prevent shortages.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize wastage and losses.

2. **Warehouse Operations:**

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe for staff and equipment.
• Optimize space utilization within the warehouse for efficient storage.

3. **Supervision and Staff Management:**

• Hire, train, and supervise warehouse personnel, including forklift operators and stock clerks.
• Assign tasks, set work schedules, and provide guidance to the warehouse team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address performance issues as needed.

4. **Supply Chain Coordination:**

• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
• Track shipments, verify deliveries, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers or carriers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and service providers.

5. **Quality Control:**

• Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and condition of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify damaged or expired items and take appropriate actions.

6. **Reporting and Documentation:**

• Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory, receipts, and shipments.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.

7. **Cost Management:**

• Monitor and control warehouse operating expenses within budgetary limits.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvements.

8. **Emergency Response:**

• Develop and execute contingency plans for emergencies such as natural disasters or supply chain disruptions.
• Ensure the availability of essential supplies during emergencies.

9. **Delivery Truck Management:**

• Manage the fleet of delivery trucks used for transporting goods to customers or other facilities.
• Schedule and coordinate truck maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor fuel consumption and implement fuel-saving measures, such as optimizing delivery routes or driver training programs.

10. **Distribution Line Optimization:**

• Assess and improve the efficiency of distribution lines and routes to reduce transportation costs and delivery times.
• Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to streamline delivery processes.
• Implement tracking systems and technology to monitor the movement of goods along distribution lines for real-time visibility.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in warehouse management and supply chain operations.
