Mototrend is currently looking to recruit a Customer Experience Officer.
Mototrend, situated in Nicosia, is a well-established family owned company for over 22 years. At Mototrend, selling and servicing Ferrari and Lotus cars isn’t a job. It’s our passion!!
Objectives
- Develop and oversee the customers journey with focus on the actual experience at Mototrend’s premises, as well as on dedicated events.
- Plan marketing initiatives and events to support customers acquisition and loyalty management. Update CRM with related activities.
- Understand and monitor digital marketing activities and digital and social media marketing campaigns.
Prerequisites
- At least 5 years of experience in the luxury segment within any industry
- Demonstrates a strong focus on customer satisfaction and exceptional customer service
- Displays a passionate, enthusiastic and determined attitude
- Possesses proficiency in the English language. (Knowledge of Russian language is a plus)
- Exhibits strong interpersonal and communicate skills
- Demonstrates excellent proficiency in MS Office applications
