CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Group of Companies that provide a range of services to the Forex industry, we are seeking to recruit an Affiliate Finance Officer to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will ideally be educated to degree level in either Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics or a related field and should possess approximately 1 year of experience working in a relevant role. You will need to be highly numeric, with the ability to manage and analyze large sets of data. Excellent MS Excel skills are required for this role as well as fluency in both verbal and written English.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Communicating with affiliate and in house marketing managers to determine deals and commission structures in affiliate software.
• Building daily and monthly reports in Excel and analyzing Affiliate performance.
• Affiliate balance calculation and data reconciliation in collaboration with the Finance department.
• Ensuring Marketing costs are up-to-date in PowerBI reports and dashboards, as well as reconcile with the affiliate software.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Ideally educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics or similar field.
• 1+ year of relevant experience is essential, ideally working within Forex or a related industry.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, in particular Excel.
• Ability to manage large amounts of data.
• Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to direct and supervise.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Team Player.
