Thanos Hotels & Resorts are looking to recruit an Electrician for the Maintenance Department for Almyra Hotel.

Job Role

We are looking to hire Electrician with knowledge of various electrician techniques that can undertake a variety of tasks and will be responsible for repairing, finishing, and maintaining various structures, fixtures and for additional duties related to the specific position.

A successful applicant should be hardworking, reliable, and have good communication and organizational skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Repairing and replacing equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures
• Maintaining good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems as well as various testing equipment.
• Determine the causes of system and equipment failures
• Performing general electrical maintenance.
• Installing electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other systems
• Prevent breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring and insulated cables, cleaning circuits etc
• Advise the management team of critical systems that could be hazardous

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar position at 5* Hotel.
• High school diploma.
• Good communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
