Job Title: Retail SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and leading a dedicated Sales Team.
• Oversee store operations and staff.
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve sales.
• Manage stock control and replenishment.
• Create a luxurious shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store presentation and standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in the position applied, preferably in the luxury retail/fashion field.
• Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.
• Team player with the ability to build productive client relationships.
• Fluent in English, knowledge of Greek and/or Russian is a plus.
