CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a market leader in the in the design, extrusion, anodization, electrostatic painting and commercialisation of aluminium products, we are seeking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. Responsible for leading the Limassol Sales Function, the successful applicant will primarily be responsible for generating new sales opportunities for the Group, as well as leading, coaching and mentoring less experienced members of the sales department. An academic background relating to Business Administration and/or Engineering is desirable, and you will need to possess a minimum of 3+ years of proven sales and business development experience, ideally gained working in a relevant industry sector. Fluency in verbal and written Greek & English is essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Leading the Limassol Sales team and daily coordination and supervision of the Limassol Sales Department.
• Receiving and processing incoming inquiries from customers.
• Visiting customers to promote and advise on systems and products.
• Design and implement a business plan that expands the company’s client base and ensures its presence in the market.
• Coordinate and monitor the order and delivery process.
• Searching for new projects and expanding the network of associates and customers.
• Continuously monitoring and analyzing market trends.
• Creating and promoting long term-relationships with associates & customers through the process of identifying their needs and providing appropriate solutions.

Key Skills/Experience:

• An academic background relating to Business or Engineering is desirable, but not essential.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Very good negotiation abilities.
• Managerial and multitasking skills.
• Ability to accomplish set goals.
• Excellent knowledge of computers skills.
• Very good command of Greek and English.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
• Professionalism and character integrity.
• Engineering/technical skills will be considered as an advantage.
• Previous experience in a construction industry will be considered as an advantage.
