CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of Real Estate Services to clients in both Cyprus and abroad, we are seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their growing team based in Cyprus. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our clients reach in the market, with a particular focus on the Paphos and Larnaca regions. Our client is seeking applicants who possess a minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in the Real Estate field, who hold outstanding relationship building and communication skills. Fluency in verbal and written English is essential, with any additional language skills considered a plus. With offices in both Paphos and Limassol, our client can offer flexibility with working conditions, including Onsite, Hybrid and/or Remote for the right candidate.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify high-quality properties from various sources (landlords, developers, estate agencies etc).
  • Expand the property portfolio by strategically networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and leveraging local market insights.
  • Present the value proposition, highlighting the essence of the business and the advantages of the services.
  • Establish B2B relationships with real estate developers and real estate funds to secure bulk deals.
  • Address leads originating from diverse channels concerning new units.
  • Engage in pricing negotiation with landlords and estate agents.
  • Establish contractual terms and manage contract administration.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for newly acquired properties.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with landlords, keeping them informed about company operations.
  • Monitor legal proceedings in cooperation with the company's legal representatives and provide information to landlords as necessary.
  • Manage off-boarding procedures.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or another relevant field will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
  • Minimum of 2+ of relevant experience in the real estate industry is a must.
  • Existing network of landlords, developers and estate agents in Paphos and/or Larnaca is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (additional language is a plus).
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills (negotiation experience is a plus).
  • Customer-centric business mindset.
  • Proactive attitude and drive to getting things done.
