CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a CySEC regulated Investment Firm with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Back Office Customer Support Officer to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will be responsible for a variety of key duties, including monitoring incoming client transactions, requesting and reviewing KYC documentation, as well as providing exceptional customer support via live chats, email, and phone. You should possess some previous experience in a relevant position within the Forex and/or Financial Services sectors and will need to be fluent in verbal and written English, as well as one of the following languages: Turkish, Thai, Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese. Rotational shift patterns apply for this position.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all incoming transactions of clients.
  • Perform electronic verification processes.
  • Request and review KYC documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer support through live chats, emails, and phone calls.
  • Manage and update customer records accurately and in compliance with regulations.
  • Handle back office queries effectively and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in shifts and adapt to changing work demands.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
  • CySEC Advanced Certification will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in at least one of the following languages: Turkish, Thai, Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese.
  • Previous experience in a similar senior position in the Forex and/or Financial Services sectors.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong knowledge of MetaTrader platforms and the FX industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
