Phoenicia Fereos Cyprus Limited seeks to recruit a Sale Assistant for our Nicosia Shop – La Casa del Habano.

Our success relies on the quality of service offered to our customers. Sale Assistants are the point of contact with the company’s costumers and thus represent its image. They are responsible to deliver the highest standards of customer service to maximize sales opportunities.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Act as frontline agents who welcome and receive customers into the store.
• Promote sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers.
• Interact with customers to assess their needs and provide recommendations on suitable products that will best meet their requirements.
• Ensure restocking and proper merchandising of goods on display shelve.
• Keep the shops maintained as well as possible to communicate the luxe of our products.

Requirements

• Previous experience in similar position
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Related degree will be considered an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Clear Criminal Record
