CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading Construction & Real Estate Development company with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Construction Project Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Civil Engineering, who possess extensive, proven project management experience in the construction of Residential, Commercial & Mix Use developments. You will need to be a member of ETEK and/or any equivalent Technical Chamber within the EU and be fluent in both verbal and written Greek & English.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the CDO and/or Head of Construction.
• Produce & implement programme planning and scheduling of all construction activities.
• Supervise and inspect construction works to ensure full compliance with the approved design, detailed construction drawings and applicable technical codes and specifications.
• Compliance with guidelines and regulations which derive from permits, public authorities & safety plans.
• Arranging & attending site meetings.
• Responsible for all technical administration concerning the development and construction activities.
• Continuous communication and coordination with all in-house teams involved and external consultants for correct implementation of respective studies in the project(s) under his/her responsibility.
• Carryout thorough daily inspections ensuring that all works are executed according to designs, construction program, time schedule and planned activities.
• Checking of drawings and BOQ tables for accuracy over the calculations.
• Placement of required orders for materials, tools & equipment in coordination with the Procurement/ Purchasing Department.
• Evaluation of offers / quotations from contractors, subcontractors & suppliers according to the input provided by the Purchasing Department.
• Maintaining full application of the Health & Safety Plan and implementation of all required preventing measures.
• Maintaining the required technical files and documents.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Key Skills/Experience:

• BSc in Civil Engineering.
• MSc in Civil Engineering will be considered an advantage.
• Member of ETEK and/or any equivalent Technical Chamber within the EU.
• Proven prior experience in the construction of Residential, Commercial & Mix Use developments is essential.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure to produce required results.
• Team Player with leadership skills.
• Strong experience of MS Project and/or any other specialized PM software packages.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is essential and any experience with Autodesk Revit is desirable.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Fluent in Greek and English (both spoken and written).
