We're on a mission to find the best talent out there. We are currently looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team in our offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

What the job looks like?

• Contribute to the implementation of marketing activities, in alignment of the marketing strategy.
• Assist in the formulation of digital strategies, enhance, and maintain the brand’s presence across multiple digital platforms and channels.
• Perform daily marketing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning and coordination of department activities.
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify opportunities for enhancement and review reports on a regular basis.
• Coordinate content creation and supervise development with personal input.
• Collaborate with internal (local & global offices) and external (associates) teams to optimize marketing activities.
• Keep up to date with emerging digital trends.

What does it take to do the job?

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital communications, advertising, or relevant field
• Excellent understanding of above the line and below the line marketing and advertising.
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of the English and Greek language
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role in marketing and communications either on the client or agency side.
• Self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to meet deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms.
• Knowledge of applications such as Google Ads, analytics and other will be considered an advantage.
