Role Summary:

As a Service Administrator, you will be an integral part of our service department, managing after-sales service cases for laptops and desktops, coordinating with our technical team to resolve issues promptly, and upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage after-sales service inquiries for laptops and desktops with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinate service case schedules and maintain accurate case records.
  • Implement service protocols and streamline administrative support tasks.
  • Prepare performance reports for continuous service improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a service administration or customer service role within the tech industry, with a focus on PC technology.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and office software.
