We seek a highly driven Market Research and Prospecting Associate combining a systematic business approach and scientific insight. Your role will be central to our team, providing the research backbone for our business development endeavors and helping to pinpoint emerging opportunities in the Life Sciences sector. Ideal candidates will have a Life Sciences background and a proven track record in market research or prospecting, eager to apply their skills within a Contract Research Organization context.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Conduct precise and targeted prospecting to compile lists of ideal companies and contacts per specific guidelines.
2. Gather and analyze specialized data parameters during prospecting to enhance outreach effectiveness and connect with the target demographic.
3. Aid in the creation and refinement of outreach messaging and sequences.
4. Reassess and update the list of prospected companies quarterly, supplementing with new contacts and noting changes in personnel or company alignments.
5. Develop and finetune sequenced scripts and email templates to guide communication efforts.
6. Perform in-depth market research to gather essential information on biopharmaceutical and medical technology firms.
7. Investigate and consolidate data concerning the clinical research market, including customer demographics, interests, and development strategies for study sponsors.
8. Compile detailed data on pricing, sales, marketing, and distribution methods.
9. Explore and pinpoint potential new products or markets through strategic research.
10. Forecast and monitor industry trends, development, and sales to inform strategic decisions.
11. Craft and present comprehensive reports and analyses of findings to management and executive teams.

REQUIREMENTS

1. A background in market research, prospecting, sales, or a related field, preferably within the biopharmaceutical or medical technology industries.
2. Demonstrated ability to manage detailed research and translate findings into strategic insights.
3. Strong proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis software.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for developing outreach content and reporting findings.
5. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field focusing on Life Sciences, Business Administration, or Marketing is advantageous.
6. A self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
