We are looking for talented Sales Representatives to join our fresh and dynamic team.

FinPros is a group of regulated companies operating in various jurisdictions, offering brokerage services (stocks, CFDs, energy, metals etc.), serving clients around the globe.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote the company’s financial products and services to potential clients

• Engage with prospective customers over the phone daily to create new opportunities

• Successfully present products by utilizing effective sales and persuasion skills and to concrete product knowledge

• Assist clients with account opening, onboarding procedures and deposit

• Actively following up on queries from clients and making sure they receive the very best of our service and support in a timely and accurate manner

• Achieve daily and monthly KPIs through contacting clients via phone and email

• Meet sales targets on a consistent basis as outlined by Sales Management

• Curry out an induction to all new clients the Company’s client area and explain how to utilize the tools available to them

• Ensure compliance with the company’s legal and compliance guidelines and procedures

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• At least 6 months of proven experience Conversion Agent in the FX/CFD and online trading industry or in retail tele-sales

• Outstanding negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills

• Excellent sales skills and the ability to influence potential partners to choose our brand for a mutually beneficial outcome

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, competitive, persistent and have the desire to succeed

• Ability to work on multiple opportunities at the same time and meet deadlines

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to connect with new people easily

• Client focused with excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work under pressure and reach personal sales targets.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Computer literate, good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Organized, diligent, detail oriented

• Native/Fluent English speakers or Native/Fluent Spanish speakers
