Career Opportunity

We seek to recruit a Finance Manager for Baker Tilly South East Europe Region, to be based in our Nicosia Office. The position will be reporting directly to the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing statutory Financial Statements for the Group companies and Consolidated Financial Statements for the whole Group.

  • Conducting audits for Group Companies based on IFRS and ISA.

  • Ensuring that all financial information recorded is complete and accurate.

  • Having responsibility for all audit matters of the region (including offices in Cyprus, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania and Moldova).

  • Preparing monthly reporting package for the Board of Directors.

  • Supporting ad-hoc reporting requirements assigned by the Board.

  • Maintaining and developing excellent work relationships with colleagues across the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or in any other related field.

  • Holder of a relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA or ACA).

  • Excellent knowledge of IFRS Standards.

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Computer literacy, with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

  • Planning and organizational skills.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
