Noteris Services Limited is looking to hire a Math Teacher.

Job Description:

• Assist students of 6th grade Primary/ 2nd grade of Gymnasium/ 1st grade of Lyceum with their Maths/General Sciences homework
• Support students with A level Maths / Further Maths
• Develop student´s Math/General Sciences skills
• Prepare lessons, assignments, and other assessments for the students in order to be prepared for school’s tests and exams
• Evaluate the progress, identify the weaknesses and individual needs of each student
• Work closely with students to get them improved in certain subjects and topics they may have weaknesses

Person Specification:

• Bachelor's degree in education with a specialization in mathematics, or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Math Teacher
• A thorough understanding of best practices in teaching
• Strong knowledge of English & Greek languages, both oral and written
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, flexible with the working scheme
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in any other subject e.g. Sciences will be considered as an advantage

Additional information:

• 10-12 hours per week
• Working hours: 17:00-19:00 5 days a week OR 15:30-19:00 3 days a week.
• Students’ age: 11-15 yrs - 6th grade Primary school/ 2nd grade of Gymnasium/ 1st grade of Lyceum
