Job Description:

We are looking for a young and dynamic person to become our MARCOM specialist. You shall be working with a purpose to elevate our brand through content creation for our website, social media pages, solution presentations, tutorial animated videos and clean professional customer facing documentation as well as communicating to the world what we do.

Main Duties:

• Execute the company marketing strategy accross platforms and communicate our news, solutions and customer success stories.
• Engage in Content creation (website & social media posts, sales collateral, customer facing solution documents, presentation decks, animated video tutorials etc.)
• Administer our external digital channels such as our social media pages and website
• Administer our internal content and digital assets platform.
• Assist the team in the preparation of customer facing ssolution documents, presentations, graphs, diagrams etc.
• Help to organise internal or external team functions.
• Engage with customers for informing them or learning from them.
• Engage in small projects in areas of interest to build your skills and develop your knowledge in what we and our customers do.
• Be a positive contributor in a cool politics-free team of young ambitious professionals.

Skills & Personality:

• Digitally Enabled
• Excellent use of English language (must!)
• Content creation
• Copywriting
• Very well organised and reliable
• Ethical and passionate for success
• Fast learner with ability to work within a team or on your own in the office or remotely from home.

Computer & Platform Skills:

• Effective use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint ) and/or Apple iWork (Pages/Keynote)
• Comfortable with using web based platforms and tools
• Social media platforms use (LinkedIn, Twitter,/X Facebook)
• Knowledge of WordPress for website administration is an advantage as will reduce training needs
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator will be considered an advantage
• Experience in creating animated videos will be considered a plus.

Academic Background:

• University degree around Marketing, Business Studies, MIS and related fileds.
• A masters or any specialised courses around digital marketing, social media management etc will be considered a plus
