As a Payment Systems Manager you will join our Operations team. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals and develop your skills. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within the financial markets industry, in-depth understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

You will:

  • Assist with the onboarding of new additions of cards and alternative payment methods.
  • Ensure payment systems are operating as expected and raise the relevant tickets when issues arise with the correct team in order to solve the problem. This will include diagnosis and testing of any issues flagged.
  • Communicate regularly with the Payment Providers during onboarding, implementation, and maintenance/ongoing support, especially in relation to solving system errors or technical errors raised by business and clients.
  • Understand and as required write technical specifications and functions for business requirements related to Payment Systems.
  • Ensure all practices, procedures and regulations are adhered to in performing daily duties.

We are looking for:

  • University Degree preferably in Finance or Economics.
  • 2 years+ of experience in financial services/iGaming/gambling
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Working knowledge of payment and transactional systems and services.
  • In-depth understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
  • Communication skills, organizational skills, juggling numerous priorities under strict deadlines.
  • Computer literacy with very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
