CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of Real Estate Services to clients in both Cyprus and abroad, we are seeking to recruit a Maintenance Technician to join their growing team based in Limassol. Reporting to the Head of Maintenance and working closely with the Guest Relations Officers, the successful applicant will help transport and assemble furniture, install and repair electrical equipment and address any maintenance issues at properties, as they arise. Our client is seeking applicants who possess handyman skills, including the ability to assemble furniture, carry out simple electrical repairs and installations, and repair minor plumbing issues.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist the maintenance team to move furniture and equipment from the warehouse to new units.
• Assemble furniture in new units.
• Maintain records of stock and supplies in our warehouse.
• Install electrical equipment, including lighting, power outlets, and appliances (e.g. dishwashers and washing machines).
• Collaborate with Guest Relations Officers to prioritize and address guest appliance issues.
• Visit guest flats to diagnose and repair appliance problems (e.g. fix lightning, electricity, plumbing, air-conditioning).
• Trouble shoot Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
• Repair to structural damage and wear and tear (plastering of walls and ceilings, refilling silicone etc.).
• Check functionality of electrical appliances in units after the checkout of guests to ensure that all equipment is in proper working condition for the next guest.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Basic handyman skills, including the ability to assemble furniture, carry out simple electrical repairs and installations and repair minor plumbing issues.
• Experience in facility maintenance and electrical equipment installation.
• Team player with a hands on mentality.
• Friendly, hardworking and respectful personality.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour and lift heavy objects.
• Valid driver's licence.
