Your role at HF Markets:

• Work closely with development teams, learning to integrate security measures seamlessly into the development process.
• Familiarize yourself with and implement security controls such as firewalls and access controls.
• Learn to perform security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and potential threats.
• Monitor security systems and participate in incident responses, learning to address and mitigate threats.
• Stay updated with the latest security technologies and trends, ensuring our systems remain secure.

What You Bring:

• BSc/BA in Computer Science or any related field.
• Graduate applications are welcome.
• Prior experience in a similar role would be considered an advantage.
• Eagerness to understand and learn about a variety of security technologies, including firewalls, access controls, and encryption protocols like SSL/TLS, SSH, and IPSec.
• Curiosity about security standards and best practices, including industry standards such as the OWASP Top 10 and the PCI DSS.
• Basic understanding of security tools like vulnerability scanners and penetration testing tools.
• Basic understanding ofDevOps principles, including agile development and continuous delivery.
• Basic understanding security measures like input validation, output encoding, and secure coding practices.
• Familiarity with security frameworks like the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and the ISO 27001 standard.
• Basic understanding of security incident response.
