We are looking to recruit a motivated and reliable individual for the position of Technician for Printing Products that will be responsible for the timely and cost effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products.

Job Description

•Respond to service calls and resolve issues

•Technical support to the company’s machines in field (multi-functional printing machines, printers)

•Delivery and installation of machines

•Ability to troubleshoot and think independently

•Provision of printing services to business customers. These services include but not limited to the installation, customization and servicing of printers and multifunction machines

•Mechanical and electrical aptitude and demonstrated

•The position includes training/exams on the products offered by the company.

Requirements

•University / College Graduate in the field of Computer engineering and other relative studies.

•Knowledge of Basic Networking.

•Computer and analytical skills.

•Prior experience in the maintenance and repair of Printing machines.

•Complete all administrative aspects of the job on time and error-free.

•Provide accurate feedback with close call information, parts usage reporting and customer meter readings.

•Must be able to problem solve, conduct is written and verbal communication, read and comprehend technical information.

•Very good knowledge of Greek and English language – written and spoken.
