We invite applications from highly qualified and motivated professionals for the position of HR Associate, based in Limassol, Cyprus.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a modern and fast-growing business environment and have a significant impact with his/her role within HR Team and the Organization. Key to this role is confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail.

Key duties of the role will be to:

  • Manages the day to day HR lifecycle for all colleagues.
  • The HR team supports a combination of automated and paper based systems, requiring the HR associate to quickly navigates these systems and processes in order to support HR operations effectively.
  • Manages the day to day HR administration including reporting.
  • Ensures colleagues files, data and reporting is up to date and accurate in all HR systems.
  • Contributes towards the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures.
  • Manages the end to end recruitment process, identifying and attracting key talent and driving resourcing solutions
  • Oversees, advises, and assists with all aspects of employee recruitment
  • Uses the appropriate channels i.e social media, website etc to advert the Company’s vacancies and attract candidates.
  • Creates and reviews job descriptions and recruitment packages
  • Ensures the Company’s website is up to date with current job vacancies
  • Issues recruitment/appointment documentation
  • Conducts background checks on successful candidates
  • Liaises with payroll and other relevant sections
  • Responds to HR-related queries within the company and provide 1st level support to employees
  • Supports the HR team on people projects and is part in ensuring their successful implementation

Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any other related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge on HR processes and operations
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Systems
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Fluency in both the Greek and English language
  • Maintains confidentiality and professional demeanour
  • Very good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach
