CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a multi-billion-dollar single-family office operating from offices in Cyprus, London, Luxembourg, and New York with a long-history of successful investments in a wide-range of industries and sectors, we are seeking to recruit an Accountant to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will work as part of an established Finance Team, performing various accounting and bookkeeping duties for the Cyprus operation as well as other entities across the Group. You will ideally be educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field and any relevant accounting qualification will be considered an advantage, but not essential. Our client is seeking applicants who possess approximately 3+ years of previous experience working in a similar role. Candidates currently working for well-respected Audit Firms are encouraged to apply. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting & bookkeeping duties as needed for Cyprus & other Group companies.
• Daily accounts reconciliation, include analyze account data and generate financial reports.
• Preparing local & other group statutory reports.
• Assist in the preparation of VAT & Tax reports.
• Assist with external audit process.
• Review and monitoring of OpEx invoices and preparation of payment instructions.
• Bank reconciliations.

Key Skills/Experience:

• University/College graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field is ideal (please state educational grades on CV).
• Part or Fully ACA/ACCA qualified is a plus, but not essential.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in a relevant role, ideally gained working for a Family Office, Hedge Fund, or Top-Tier Audit/Accounting Firm.
• Experience in IFRS.
• Knowledge of Navision or equivalent accounting system is an advantage.
• You are a team player and pay attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage.
• You are willing to get exposed and get experience in one of the top leading European Family Office and work within a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
• You are a fast learner, flexible and eager to learn new things.
