Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to existing customers for Air Conditioning and/or Avido Water products as directed by Technical Manager (or assigned via the Ticketing Helpdesk System)
• Create, update and maintain allocated tickets
• Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Assist the Sales Rep where needed with customer support
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Customer collections as required by Sales Rep
• Use company digitized tools as required by management

Administrative Responsibilities

• Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitor activities and potential for new products and services (this can be done via the FSM application).

Additional Duties

• May be required to deliver goods to customers within the region according to priority of Ops
