Role:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the hotel's maintenance, including guest rooms, public areas, and various facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular safety inspections.

• Manage routine maintenance and repairs, minimizing guest disturbance.

• Lead renovation and construction projects.

• Respond swiftly to emergencies, such as power outages.

• Implement cost-saving and energy-efficient practices.

• Supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hotel maintenance management or supervision.

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and building systems (plumbing, electrical, etc.).

• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

• A university degree in a relevant field will be considered as an advantage.

• Proficiency in both Greek and English language.
