Position: Project Manager | Enterprise Technology and Performance
The Enterprise Technology and Performance team of our Consulting practice is rapidly expanding and seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced individual to join the team as Project Manager, at the level of Senior Consultant to Manager, in our Nicosia Office.

In this role, the successful candidate will be involved in:
• Delivering technology advice to our clients, identifying strategies and solutions to their challenges and supporting in the creation of business cases as appropriate
• Working with senior leadership teams to re-imagine what the client's future technology estate should be, producing solution designs that align to the customer’s IT strategy and meets business needs
• Understand the client’s strategy and purpose, working closely with client’s stakeholder teams to define, analyse and execute the target architecture for the project
• Taking a leading role with our clients in designing new technology solutions through application of user-centred design techniques
• Advising our clients in how to optimise their technology investments. Leading change for our client's technology transformation programmes, demonstrating forethought on their long-term sustainable adoption of new technologies
• Advising our clients in how to drive changes in user behaviour to deliver maximum benefit from the new technologies
• Leading the delivery of client projects by managing client relationships, developing the scope and engagement plan, managing team members, engagement financials, and overseeing the production of high quality deliverables. Specifically:
- Monitoring the progress of the project, managing project resources, and executing necessary corrective actions, where needed
- Ensuring the quality of the project’s execution and deliverables in collaboration with the Project Lead.
- Preparation of a contingency plan and management of various issues that may jeopardize the project's success (business and project risks).
- Preparation of Monthly Project Progress Reports or various Stage Gate Reports
- Executing any other actions deemed necessary to ensure the project's success
• Supporting the continued growth of our business through contributing to propositions, training, marketing, communications, and recruitment activities
• Make and guide effective decisions, explaining clearly how the decision has been reached
• Working in and managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
Requirements
• Undergraduate degree from a reputable University
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in IT sector
• Have experience of working across project lifecycles – from scoping and analysis, design and testing and through to post go live support.
• A professional certificate in Project Management, PMI / Prince2, is considered an advantage.
• End to end Management of technology transformation projects (preparation of project plans, effective project monitoring)
• Familiarity with project management software tools, waterfall and agile methodologies, and best practices
• Demonstrate good knowledge of business processes and associated technology
• Possess good problem solving and analytical skills
• Manage stakeholders using clear communications and be able to form strong client relationships
• Work effectively within an inclusive team and actively support the development of individuals and teams, both formally and informally

• Diverse industry experience within Financial Services, Consumer Goods or Public Sector will be considered an advantage
