As a Call Centre Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in our team, focusing on the vital services we provide. Your enthusiastic approach and positive attitude will shine as you engage in both outbound and inbound calls with our valued customers and online applicants.

Training:

As part of our dynamic Call Centre team, you will receive comprehensive training in various areas, including:

• Driver Recruitment

• Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Calls

• Sales Campaigns

• Direct Debit & Email Billing

• Email Support

• Order Management

• Redelivery Coordination

While prior experience in a similar role is desirable, it is not an absolute requirement. We are open to individuals who display the potential and enthusiasm to thrive in this position.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

• Hourly Pay: €7.18 / Salary: €14,000 gross

• Uncapped bonus structure.

• Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with optional overtime

• Rotating 2-week schedule example:

  • Week 1: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

  • Week 2: Monday-Wednesday & Saturday-Sunday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

• Immediate start dates available, with full training provided.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.

• Additional experience in FX sales is advantageous.
