We are currently looking to recruit a Reservations Agent who will report to the Chief Commercial Officer. Here are the main responsibilities of this position:

• Promote the hotel’s facilities to guests and third parties
• Process reservations via email, telephone, or any other communication method and upsell opportunities in every opportunity
• Maintain an up-to-date PMS system with guest requirement and preferences
• Keep the Front Office department informed about room selling status, including bookings, cancellations, and special requests
• Process advance deposits on reservations
• Respond to all inquiries based on the hotel’s policy and ensure that all relevant departments are kept informed
• Establish and maintain exceptional professional relationships with guests, third parties, and colleagues

The ideal professional shall have the following qualifications, experiences, and skills:

• Diploma or University degree, especially in Hospitality will be considered an advantage
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Greek & English languages
• Computer Literate

• Guest-oriented mindset and exceptional communication skills
• Very good problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent planning and organization skills
• Ability to create trustworthy relationships
• Attention to detail
• Pleasant and integer personality
• Flexibility and adaptability
