Responsibilities:

• Source, headhunt, and interview candidates for various positions of all levels on a global scale to identify the best candidates.
• Post job advertisements on local and international job boards to attract a diverse pool of candidates, and handle all job fair responsibilities.
• Collaborate with external Recruitment Agencies and assess their suitability by making a comparison of their terms and conditions (T&Cs).
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to enhance our Employer Brand.
• Lead and execute a comprehensive Induction Day for new personnel.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate databases, and other HR-related data.
• Utilize BambooHR for various HR functions, including the hiring process, and collaborate with Hiring Leads via the software.
• Ensure that BambooHR is effectively utilized to streamline HR processes.
• Be prepared to tackle ad-hoc HR tasks and challenges as they arise.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities.
• May be expected to travel on business trips, as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR or a related field.
• Available to travel for business trips.
• Experience working with BambooHR HRIS or any other HRIS systems for hiring will be considered an advantage.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills are necessary.
• Analytical Skills: A strong analytical approach is essential to be able to interpret and utilize data.
• Proficiency in Excel functionalities such as data validation techniques is required.
• Social Skills: Ability to conduct effective interviews and communicate professionally with candidates of various backgrounds globally.
• Fast Learner: Being able to adapt to the company’s procedures, policies, and emerging HR processes swiftly is highly valued.
