Insurance Product Specialist, Nicosia – IPS/01/24

On behalf of our client, AIG, a globally leading insurance company, we are looking to employ a product specialist.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities

• Solid understanding of the products and services offered to support business partners.
• Act as reporting specialist providing standard or ad-hoc reporting related to diverse metrics.
• Participate in the development, monitoring, and execution of the sales strategy.
• Become proficient in the use of corporate systems, able to promote our technology capabilities to our business partners.
• Collaborate with other functions to facilitate e-marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain digital knowledge management records.
• Act as an interface between IT, administration services and business/function partners to ensure business needs are translated into actionable digital requirements.
• Support a variety of tasks such as user requirements, documentation of business processes/enhancements, data analytics, user story development and coordination with the business stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of data and processes in order.
• Capture market intelligence and broker feedback on accounts and digital solution performance.
• Comply with key regulatory and risk management responsibilities.

Position’s Requirements

• University Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree -general insurance proven knowledge and/or ACII is an advantage
• 2-5 years of general insurance professional experience is a must.
• Advanced Excel knowledge, Word and Power point
• Ability to Think global – Act local – transform global corporate directives to local market needs.
• Learning Agility – willingness to learn in a rapidly changing environment and collaborate with a wide range of colleagues and business partners locally and abroad.
• Client Servicing – anticipate client (internal and external) needs and act proactively.

• Able to self-direct while handling multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
