bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction and other related services. bbf: is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for an Office Coffee and Kitchen Coordinator in Limassol.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and smoking areas, including countertops, equipment, and utensils.
  • Clean and Fill in all coffee machines with necessary ingredients
  • Keep refrigerators and microwaves in excellent hygienic condition
  • Make sure all kitchen accessories are clean and available
  • Ensure adherence to sanitation standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Assist in receiving and storing deliveries of food supplies and ingredients
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors when stock is low
  • Communicate with suppliers and make orders
  • Keep the storage clean and tidy
  • Aid in setting up and organizing kitchen workstations before and after meal services.
  • Assist in dishwashing and cleaning kitchen equipment.
  • Clean and Fill in all coffee machines with necessary ingredients
  • Prepare and serve beverages to clients
  • Keep all conference rooms tidy - collect cups, bottles, plates, clean the table
  • Follow health and safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of kitchen tools and equipment.
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to office manager.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner, preferably in a corporate or commercial environment.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in performing her duties.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects or equipment if required.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
