CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly regarded company operating in the Online Sports Betting industry, we are seeking to recruit an Affiliate Manager to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for managing affiliate marketing campaigns, and developing strong relationships with affiliates, and optimizing affiliate performance. Our client is seeking applicants who possess approximately 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within the online gambling industry, who possess a strong understanding of affiliate marketing trends and best practices. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for managing affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Developing strong relationships with affiliates, and optimizing affiliate performance.
• Identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure affiliate and overall marketing efforts are aligned and effective.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant events, news and developments in the online sports betting industry.
• Observe and remain up-to-date with competitors’ campaigns and promotions.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Approximately 2+ years’ of experience in Affiliate Marketing in the online gambling industry is essential.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing trends and best practices, advertising networks, and affiliate recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing experience is a plus.
