We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Account Manager – Russian Speaker to join our dynamic team at HF Markets.

Your role at HF Markets:

• Open new accounts and build a new clientele base.
• Maximise all sales opportunities to ensure highest deposit obtainable.
• Know all the features and benefits of all products, services, promotions, bonuses, and trading systems offered to better sell to the client.
• Gain understanding of client needs before presenting relevant products/services.
• Attain full understanding of the company internal operating systems.
• Achieve all sales targets on a consistent basis outlined by the Head of Account Managers.
• Follow up on leads for prospective clients.
• Fully understand and implement all Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer procedures.
• Ensure that all up-selling and cross-selling opportunities are capitalised upon.
• Provide training to clients for using the Company's trading system.
• Input detailed and accurate data and information in all internal system.
• Develop a sound understanding of trading market conditions on a daily basis.
• Follow up on all existing clients to increase trading volumes, deposits and manage withdrawals.
• Develop a sound understanding of trading market conditions on a daily basis.
• Identify, develop, and maintain new and existing business partnerships.
• Travel to various locations for seminars and meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute business strategies.
• Negotiate agreements with affiliates and partners.

What You Bring:

• University/College Degree
• Fluency in English and Russian
• I.T. Proficiency
• Previous experience in the FX industry is a must.
• Experience in a relevant field will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
