About the Role:

Design and Development: Play a pivotal role in both the design and maintenance of WordPress sites.

Collaboration: Work alongside our talented designers to bring interactive and visually appealing elements to life.

Customization: Modify and expand upon existing WordPress custom themes and plugins.

Troubleshooting: Tackle and solve issues impacting website functionality.

Optimization: Ensure our websites are responsive and perform well across a variety of devices.

We Need Someone With:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a basic understanding of PHP and MySQL.

WordPress Expertise: Familiarity with WordPress builders, plugins, and core functionality.

Design Sensibility: An understanding of responsive design principles.

Problem-Solving Prowess: Excellent troubleshooting capabilities.

Communication and Teamwork: Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

Multitasking Ability: The capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently.

Growth Mindset: A keenness to learn, adapt, and grow with emerging technologies and best practices.

Bonus Points For:

Performance Optimization Experience: Knowledge in enhancing website speeds.

SEO Understanding: Familiarity with SEO principles.
