Hard Rock Cafe Ayia Napa is seeking to recruit Kitchen Assistants!

Even though kitchen employees may not come into direct contact with guests, their responsibilities are key to Hard Rock Cafe’s success.

Job Requirements include:

• Making specific recipes and menu products

• Properly labeling, dating, covering and refrigerating prepared items for the line

• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen

• Communicating professionally with co-workers and front-of-the-house staff

• Maintain the highest standards of brand, local health, safety, and food preparation hygiene requirement

• Execute established food standards for overall guest satisfaction that meet or exceed brand standard

• Maintaining a good appearance and following all uniform guidelines

Qualifications Required:

• Work permit for Cyprus

• Previous experience in hospitality industry will be considered as an advantage

• Ability to work under pressure

• Basic knowledge of Greek and English.
